End-User License Agreement

1. Agreement

This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your access to and use of FinSight (“the App”).

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

2. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use FinSight solely for its intended purpose of generating custom financial reports using QuickBooks data.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
  • Use the App for unlawful or unauthorized purposes
  • Interfere with the App’s security or operation
4. Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in FinSight remain with its owner.

This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights in the App.

5. Third-Party Services

FinSight integrates with Intuit QuickBooks.

Your use of QuickBooks is governed by Intuit’s own terms, policies, and agreements. We are not responsible for Intuit’s services, availability, or data accuracy.

6. Disclaimer

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

FinSight does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of financial data or that reports will meet specific accounting, tax, or compliance requirements.

You are responsible for verifying all outputs.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FinSight shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the App.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if this Agreement is violated.

You may stop using FinSight at any time by discontinuing access and revoking QuickBooks authorization.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
